SINGUARD's divisions are led day to day by two Executive Directors, Alex Onta & Roman Onta. Born in Moldova, raised in Italy, they have lived and worked across Europe and Asia, and from 2023 to 2026 held the highest executive positions at two UAE companies before joining SGHK in 2026. They build side by side: the same pair of hands behind the CRMs, the design board and the company's other projects. Both live and work in Dubai for most of the year, which keeps them on the industry circuit and in the same time zone as a large share of the firms they build for.

Alex Onta built eTrader, with Roman helping on the design, and with Roman he co-builds the two CRMs and leads SINGUARD's worldwide compliance work and international business structuring. Yes. eTrader is a standalone product and can be licensed by itself, with the Data Feed included: your firm is listed inside eTrader as a broker and runs on its own server, with your own instruments, spreads and leverage. It is also wired into the Broker CRM and the Prop Firm CRM, so if you take a CRM you do not pay for the platform twice.
FX, metals, indices, commodities, crypto and share CFDs: the instrument list, spreads, swaps, commissions and leverage are configured per server, so each firm sets its own. Clients trade on web, on an installable desktop app, on the native Android app and on iOS in beta, and accounts, balances and history stay in sync across all of them.
eTrader is one trading terminal shared by the firms we host, and your firm is listed inside it as a broker, on its own server. It lives on its own domain, etraderweb.com, and in the mobile apps: your clients open it there, pick your firm from the list and sign in with the account they opened with you. The eTrader app is not white-labelled and never runs on a firm's domain; what carries your brand is everything around it, the client portal, the challenge storefront, the emails and your website, all on your own domain.
From our own live market Data Feed, streamed tick by tick to every device and to the CRM at the same time, so the desk and the client always read the same number.
